This actually exists, but it's designed for internal "Corporate Level" technical support. I know because I've worked with it. So what I need is to recreate the wheel. Because I'm currently working remotely, and independently, I need to set up an interface where customers can contact me, with a text notification, then connect online without having to call me on the phone. An additional ask, is for the chat interface to have a timer like the one you have on your site. No sense chatting for 2 hours, just for a customer to disconnect, with their solution, and without submitting a payment. And it would be nice to have all the chats saved, in case I need to review them for additional details after the chat has closed. This will probably end up as a big project, but I'd like to discuss it with a Support Agent to see what needs to be done, and how long it will take. I also need to discuss a payment plan, if that's possible.
