I'm retired, and I work independently. I'm having a problem setting up my call center queue's for incoming calls. There are no other support agents except me on the phone. I'm using a dedicated line, that has 'hold' or voicemail, and I need to have things set up so that the next call comes in as I disconnect from the previous one. Now, according to the documentation, it switches to another agent, but I need it to place the customer on hold, until the previous customer is done. I know that it's possible with a chat interface, but these are phone calls that I'm dealing with. Is there can to program the interface properly ? Is there someone that can help me do that ?
