I need to speak with someone about authenticated payments that are used on my website. So far, I haven't had any problems, but I'm receiving emails that request that I increase security using two factor authentication, and avoiding requests for personal information. Because we're dealing with artificial intelligence, and 'unknown actors', it's important to me that I get things right. If there is someone that I can speak to about security concerns, I think it would help me and my business when it comes to security with online payments.
