I work with remote contractors in different locations. I can contact them easily enough, but I only do that if I need to, or if there's an emergency. Over time the Contractors get reskilled, and learn new things that I don't immediately know about. So, I need a way for them to update their skillset online, in real time, so that when I look for a specific skillset, and can find that, along with their name and other specifications. It sounds simple enough, but what I've already tried is not working. The Ticketing system needs to read the request, then evaluated the problem, then select the most adequate Contractor from a list, and assign them to the task. Looking for any feedback in case I didn't explain it correctly.
