I work as a Job Recruiter. Times are tough with Artificial Intelligence being integrated everywhere, so I need something unique, to set me apart from everyone else. I have an idea where there is a form that a group of 200 or 300 people list a job that they applied for, that includes their resume and other credential. Then have a summary page to show how many of those people were either called in for an interview whether in person, or virtual. And finally display the results from that interview, and any follow ups. I need that to be automated, so that the information is entered from a form, and then updated whenever they make changes, and then compiled to show the summary and results. That doesn't seem too difficult, but I need to speak to someone about how to make that happen.
