Ticket Title: We Need Ongoing Support for Customer Service For Sales and Merchandise Because we're 'service related, we need ongoing support, in the form of customer service. It get busy sometimes, and we don't have the time to answer the phone, or respond to emails. What we really need is a third party service that can respond to our customers on a timely basis, answer their questions, and help them with technical issues that they have with the website. Not that there is a problem with the site, but there are a great number of people that are older, and not able to navigate the site as well as you might expect. We don't need 'full service' but we need to provide help by request, when they ask for it. If there is a way to integrate context based assistance that might be adequate. (no diagnostics were performed)
