| After you create a ticket, and run optional diagnostics, you will be contacted by a person about your issue. |
| How do I get something fixed ? |
| If you're not able to fix your device on your own, using these resources, then you need to sign up for a short term subscription for services. |
| How do I sign up for a subscription ? |
| Subscriptions are designed for ongoing maintenance and service. Look for the \"subscribe\" button and click it. |

| You can make a direct donation, or sign up for a investors subscription to show support. |
| Can you fix a Laptop ? |
| Yes, but only the operating system and software. The hardware cannot be repaired online, unless it requires a firmware update. |

| Yes, but iPhones have limited access for repairs. So long as it involves software upgrades, or adjustments to the settings, we can try different options. Hardware is not covered. |

| Yes, but the solution depends on the Android O S version and model of the device. Hardware is not covered. |
