Because I bought my Laptop brand new, and it was top of the line 5 years ago. But still it's working find right now, and I'd like to keep it a few more years. The instructions on the website at the link I added are detailed, and I don't think I can follow them. If I could get one of your specialists to get online with me, or accept a phone call, then we can both walk through the procedure, and work through any problems that I may run into. No rush, but I just need to know if that request can be fulfilled.
