I'm thinking of the worst case scenario, where a person is suddenly disconnected from the internet of things, but still needs to continue working, until they're reconnected. This can happen. After researching, I discovered that under extreme conditions, the internet can be turned off at the Government level, and stay off for days. That's not good for me. But anyway, I need to consolidate all my data, and I need a way to run applications locally, and process information to upload at a later time. Let's say about a week. In other words, I need a productive environment that will allow me to work without the internet, but using applications that I can run locally, and save information that way. I might have to explain further during a consultation, but that's fine.
