I don't have access to the local SQL Database that I'm using to run applications. It was working earlier today, then there was a disconnect, and an error. I didn't record the error number. I've restarted the Laptop several times, without no good results. I think perhaps I changed the code that accesses the database, but the password is the same. Just before I changed the coding I was able to publish remotely. But now I hesitate to publish again, because it may crash the website.
