Continual Learning is how we succeed...

Proper preparation provides positive performance. There's another acronym that has 5 p's, but it's kind of old school, so we'll skip it.

We believe that life is a lesson and we never stop learning different subjects. Now that our competition is artificial intelligence, and not each other, that should motivate us towards continued learning, even more so, than before.

Long before you get into the ins and outs of artificial intelligence, you need to know how the computer works that runs that. It's like learning addition, before subtraction, and then multiplying and dividing. It's not that difficult. We all thought that mathematics was complex, before we learned how it works. But the good news about technology, it that the computer is doing all the calculations, and not us.

We take things one step at a time, and explain everything that goes into using technology. We all work different schedules and live different lives, so you'll have the opportunity to scheduled when you want to learn, and when you want to work. But the 'learning' has to come first, because there is no OJT. On the Job Training was phased out with a lot of other work advantages.

• 1. Training is Disruptive: But if you don't take risks, you don't grow or learn from them. Although some risks are unacceptable, you just need to chose the ones that are less invasive.
• 2. Training is Time Consuming: It takes a lot of time to focus on a topic, and learn it. But it takes even more time to find work that restricts you to what you already know. That means, you're looking for the same job that everyone else is looking for.
• 3. Training is frustrating: Yes, it's taxing on your nerves, when you have to learn something new, just so that you can work. But in the final analysis, what happens if you don't do the training ?

So, having said all that, we support the training that we know is necessary to continue along the learning path. That learning path is connected to work related attributes that some of us still need to use in order to support our lifestyles, and existence. We can do without it, but we can also do a lot more with it.
