Business Language and How to Communicate with People
Lesson #7
You don't have to speak like a professional to do Mobile Work but you should be able to write like one... otherwise, you'll fail. I have to be blunt about this because some people thing they can write any way they like, so long as they get their point across. The real question is: "who do I want to do my work for me ?". I want to chose the professional that knows how to write and speak in full sentences. Who would you choose ?
It's better not to use abbreviations when you do your assignments, because it's possible the person that reads it does not speak English, and is using a translator. Some people forget that the Internet is INTERNATIONAL, and you really don't know who is connected to what, and where the money comes from to pay your salary. If you write better, then you'll be understood, and will have less problems overall. Imagine having to re-write a ten page document that took you a week to finish, because you didn't check the spelling.
So the whole point is this: The work you're doing is for someone that needs the work done, and they really do expect it to be done right. They don't really care about your personal preferences, or how you were raised, they only care about their work. It sounds selfish to someone that doesn't understand, but the reason for the training that your involved with is to encourage you to understand how business works, and what people expect of you when you work for them, just in case you were not aware.
If you copy an answer from a source that's reliable, make sure that you read over it, and check the spelling, because you didn't write it. If you did write it, and your sure it's spelled correctly, then read over it a few times to make sure that it can be understood. If you have doubts, then look for other sources that justify and support the answer that you found. You can never be too careful, or too correct, because everything you do for one assignment, will decide what the next one will be, and how much you'll be paid for giving the right answers.
