Specific Device Training And Mobile Support

Lesson #30

Education is an ongoing process when it comes to technology. Especially with Mobile Devices, everytime there's a new device that does more then the last one, people run out and buy it. But they don't really do MORE with it, because they don't actually work with them like we do, they just want to play more complex games. While we on the other hand, need to run more complex Business Programs.

For that reason, the Training Course will begin to branch out to include training for different devices, beginning with the one you have. Over time, you'll begin to find out about other devices, and what capability they have in case you need to switch to one that works better for you. The most popular mobile devices aren't always the best to use for work.

The most important thing to consider is receiving and sending the information in the right format. As mentioned in previous lessons, "text" is preferred most of the time. But if someone needs to receive a file as a PDF, or MS Document, you'll need to know how to do that, so the training will focus on assignments and Projects that involve real work. When you receive an assignment that you need help with, it will probably turn into a lesson that you'll learn as you complete it.

Because this is an "Assisted Learning Program" in addition to training, you'll always get the help you need, when you need it so that you can get your work done. This is the advantage of subscribing for training, because the learning never really ends, and there's always something you don't know. We're always doing research on new programs and devices, so we can pass on that knowledge to you when you need it. The more information you have, the better you can do your job.

If you've already completed the Evaluation, then make sure that you sign into the website and fill out the forms that show the type of device your using, so that we can help when you contact us. If you change devices, then update the form, so that we'll know. We can't help, unless we know that you need help, so it's important for you to contact us BEFORE you run out of time to finish the assignment. We're responsible for "helping" you, but finishing the assignment is YOUR responsibility.

And finally...
You're working without someone looking over your shoulder, and you're not inside of an office filled with people that watch and report you to the boss when you don't do your work. You're working independently, and it's important that when you receive an assignment, you complete it within the time-frame provided. If you know for sure, that you can't do the assignment, then don't accept it. If you take the assignment and don't finish it, then you cannot be paid for it. Those are main rules we have, and it's fair for everyone to have the same rules.
