Why can I NOT use the Support Agent chat unless I am a customer ?
We are 'Independent Contractors', that work for a charge that is determined by the complexity of the problems we're solving. Most of the problem solving is free of charge, unless we determine it's complexed enough to create a ticket for consultation, and then charge a fee.

Consultation could also be in reference to a specific business problem that involves one or more of the technical fields that are mentioned here. But regardless, there is a time factor that controls the amount of time the subject is discussed. Projects that are active and being worked on have less restrictions, and the amount of time a Support Agent will spend on the discussion will be more available. The Support Agent handling the Project will determine the timeframe.
