Automated Response Systems

These bots are designed to respond to simple questions and not engage in long conversations. Perhaps one day, like in the movies, but not right now. Be patient, and ask the right questions, so that you'll get the right answers. The best answers come from short focused questions.

Techbot

Still being tested, so far we're getting really good results with it. The interface asks a few simple questions, and then offers to submit a ticket for service... nice and simple. No charge for Contractor to use it for diagnostics and Tech Support.

Regbot

This is what we use for work registration, but we also use it for special event coordination. You answer a few questions and submit an email, and optional phone number for contact. Response in 24 hours.

Datebot

This is definately not for everyone, but someone suggested it. Because Mobile workers are usually in an office, there needs to be another option for getting to know their coworkers remotely.
