I've seen it done on other websites, and even on yours. There's a button for 'help' in the upper left corner where people can clink on it, and get more information about the page they're look at, and suggestions on what to do next. In my case, I need a 'procedural' help file, to show me what to do next, and explain what's happening as they go along. Simple enough that a beginner can read it, and learn more about the website they're using. So, that's what I need. Looking forward to someone reaching out to discuss the process and get everything done.
