Contractor Name (next to appointment subject) This is the name of the contractor that was assigned to the ticket that was submitted. They work on different schedules, and will contact the customer when they are ready to begin working on a solution to their problem.
Customer Name (above contractor name and only visible to the customer and the contractor) Next to the customers name, there is an indicator that shows what the status of the ticket is, and whether or not it's been paid for. Some tickets are free of charge while others need to be paid for, because of the complexity of the assignment. The administrator decides the status during the review process.
