It's important to know the kind of project that you're planning, so that the Support Agent has a point of focus in order to help you. There are many different kinds of projects, so we need to know what it is.
2. What does your project involve ? (choose all that apply)
check options: Creating a Website, A Basic Website, Programming the Website, Starting a new Business, Supporting a Business, Consultation for a Business
If you know what the project involves, include that in the estimate, so that the support agent has additional information about the project, so they can include that.
3: How much help do you need with this Project ?
check options: I just need advice, I need more than, advice. I need a lot of help, I need people to work with me, I need someone to do it for me, I'm not sure
It's alright if you don't know how much help you need. We're here to consult with you to find out what needs to be done, and advise you of what's missing so that we can include it.
4: Is this a new or already existing Business ?
check options: This is a new business, This Business already exists, I want to talk more about it, I'm not sure what to do next, I just need more information, I want someone to do it for me
We need to know if this is a new business, or not, that you're working with, so that we don't leave out any steps. A lot goes into a business, but if some things are already there, we need to know that too, so we don't create things that you don't need
5: What is your timeframe to begin ?

It's important to know how soon you'll expect all the work to be done. We don't want to rush, but because we don't know your timeframe we ask, so that there are no surprises, and we can keep up with expectations.
6: What do you need to begin this Project ?

It's a reasonable question, because most people don't know what they need to begin with, until someone explains the process to them. In this case, you might already know, so you can just update us on what you need
7: What Resources do you need for this Project ?

A resource would be something necessary to continue the project. We can start, and then stop because we run out of resources. If you have anything specific that needs to be available during the development phase, that's what we need to know.
8: Are you interested in Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) to Help with the Project ?

Artificial Intelligence is an assisted computer machine model designed to assist with development. Some people prefer not to use it, but others prefer to include it somewhere along the way. It's your choice.
9: Do you plan to use Employees or Contractors for Production ?

Another good question. We need to know if we're working alone, or if you have a staff that will be working on the project with us. This is also related to resources and how we plan to use them. the more resources we have, the better the chance of an early finish to the project.
10: What is the best guess at how much your Project might cost ? (estimate)

It's not a trick question. We really want to know how you feel about the project that we're estimating. So, the question refers to how much you think it's worth, since we're involved. Depending on the resources and the people involved, the estimated price could be reduced. If notify us of something new that you need, then the estimate will also be affected. All things can be discussed, but the final decision will be made by the Support Agent that is assigned.
