These are the scheduled working hours for the Support Agents and Contractors that work with the Activemode Network

Working hours for those available

Support Agent / Contractors Name
The name of the Support Agent or Contractor that has set a timeframe for work. If that timeframe has past, then it will show the last timeframe they were available.

Start Time to End Time
This line shows the timeframe that the Support Agent or Contractor will be available from begin and end, including AM and PM

Comment and Special Instructions for Customers
This line displays any greeting or special instructions on what to expect, when they contact the Support Agent or Contractor during the time they are available. You may need to submit a ticket with their name on it, before they will respond, because they're working different projects.

Next Shift
This line displays the next shift if they've scheduled one. If the shift time has past, then it displays the previous shift. Regardless of future or past times, you can always submit a ticket with the Agents name on it, to contact them.

Shift Starts
This line shows the time of the shift starting. If the time has past, then it will show when the previous shift started.
