Ticket Create
You can create a ticket for someone to help you. The ticket will be assigned to the next available technician, unless you choose the one that you're familiar with. Each technician works a different schedule, and you'll be contacted by them for scheduling.

What kind of Help do you need ?
This form is to create a ticket, to be directed to a Support Agent to resolve for a customer. You need to fill out this form to get help from a Support Agent working with the Activemode Network.

Problem, Project or Device Name
If you have a problem that needs to be solved, then enter the title or subject of what the problem is. Likewise, if this is a Project you need help with you can enter the Subject of the Project, or the number if you've already filled out a Project Estimate. Or if the problem is with a Device, then enter the model and manufacturer of the Device.

Give more details...
Describe the problem, error, or project that you need help with. You can be brief and summarize it, because the Support Agent working with you may have a lot of questions. We only need an idea of what's happening, so that we can assign the right Agent to the task.

Email
We need an email address to contact and schedule you with a Support Agent.

Phone
We need a contact phone number in case the internet becomes unavailable, and we need to contact you concerning your ticket.

Are you requesting a specific technician ?
If you've worked with someone before and you would like to work with them again, you can choose their name in the dropdown menu. Otherwise, you can leave the option that is showing, and continue.

This is a dropdown menu where you can choose the Agent that you prefer or leave the option as is, so that we can find the Support Agent that can best help you, based on the problem that you described.

Customer Profile
If you create a ticket, but do not have a customer profile, then you'll be prompted to create a customer profile before the ticket can be assigned.
