Welcome to the Mobile Working Evaluation
This is the 'Working Profile' form for the 30 day evaluation. The form needs to be filled out in order to continue the 30 day evaluation.
Fill out all the form sections
City
We need to know which City you're currently in, to determine how many people in that area may need Support Agent services
State
We need to know which State you're currently in to manage the number of Cities, to determine how many people in that area may need Support Agent services
Country
We need to know which Country you're currently in to manage the number of States and Cities, to determine how many people in that area may need Support Agent services
Zip
If we know the local Zip Code you're currently in, we can determine how many other Support Agents are currently working in the area, and then proper distribute the services needed by customers in the area.
Create Working Profile
After the form in filled out, you can select the button to submit the form and information to create your working profile and begin the 30 day evaluation.
(After the form is posted)
You should get an indication that the form was posted successfully. The display will show two buttons. One will show you a list of Members that have registered, and are currently performing the evaluation. The second button will allow you to 'Begin Your 30 Day Evaluation'
