Workday Schedule Timeframe You can schedule the hours that you want to work. When the scheduling is done, then your customers will know when your available today, tomorrow, or the next time you set your schedule for. You can only schedule the next date and time, and not a sequence dates and times.
Start Date and Time You can leave the preset option to become available right now, or you can select the next date and time that you'll be available. Remember to select the AM or PM for day or night availability.
End Date and Time You can leave the preset option of 4 hours to become available right now, or you can select 8, 12, 16 or 20 hours of availability. Or you can select the next date and time that you'll be available. Remember to select the AM or PM for day or night availability.
Optional Comment You can leave a comment for your customers to let them know how you work, and when you're normally available. You can schedule a date and time from their ticket information when you're assigned a ticket and during the timeframe that your available.
